Reading the guides

English web chat

Chinese WeChat consultation
The “微信咨询” link opens WeCom customer service. Messages you send there are handled by that platform and the site’s support system; a human receptionist may also view and reply to them. Refer to WeCom’s own service information for its data practices.
Requests about your information
To ask about or request deletion of information you provided in a consultation, use the same consultation channel and give the approximate time and topic so the record can be located. Do not send additional sensitive documents for this request.
